We are looking for person who will be the single point of contact for IFF’s Sales Force, will effectively operate as the liaison on all issues relating to existing and new flavor business.

Job description:

  • Supporting the local Sales Team of 5 Account Managers
  • Being a contact person for flavor customers (communication in Polish and English via phone and email)
  • Coordinating internal sales workflows (preparing price offer, generating specifications and booking samples)
  • Connecting customers with various IFF departments
  • Managing data in SalesForce of customers as well as of related projects
  • Monitoring project timelines and ensuring that customers receive requested services on time
  • Arranging internal and external calls and meetings

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills: to manage priorities, very tight timelines and changing project requirements as well as supporting external customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationships
  • Responsible and a team player
  • Problem solver focused on delivering solutions, ability to quickly learn
  • Confident handling of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
