How you’ll leave your mark

As a Data Analytics Training Leader, you will gather and analyze information to determine learning needs, evaluate training programs and materials as well as trainee performance. You will support the team by facilitating and delivering internal learning solutions and developing in-house training programs.

What your work will taste like – You will…


  • facilitate learning solutions, prepare plans providing a high-impact, interactive environment
  • identify learning needs, develop professional, collaborative relationships with operations team
  • develop and implement learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices
  • track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances
  • communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and design team
  • maintain current business knowledge; stay abreast of market events, investment product

How you’ll spice up our results – You have…


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or another engineering area as it relates to analytics
  • at least 5 years prior experience in production process at manufacturing plants
  • previous experience as data scientist or data engineer preferred
  • demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in working with large datasets, relational databases (SQL), and programing in Python/R preferred
  • Project Management skills (planning, rituals, tracking, KPIs, stakeholder management)
  • 6 sigma Black Belt preferred
  • effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • ability of teaching, supporting and mentoring new employees
